How do the problems of racism, sexism and economic inequity get in the way of our shared mission to enable more Californians to ride bicycles? It’s the elephant in the room that many of us are challenged to talk about, but we won’t succeed unless we embrace the challenge. This workshop will help us to face those issues and discuss ways we can deal with racism, sexism and access to opportunity in our own organizations and in the bicycle movement.
